I like it! Who would have thought that Gwyneth’s web site would yield such a gem. I find that I try to force myself to do things that I think I ‘ought’, and it just doesn’t work. Perhaps I should approach the unfamiliar in myself with the same philosophy. Being gentle with myself when I’m trying something new may be the better, wiser course!
