Especially if we have taken time while menstruating to develop our intuition. But it nonetheless is disorientating when the monthly cycle ceases, and it takes a while to understand that a cycle persists but at a more subtle level. You have an interesting background being psychotherapist. Next time I will get my period I will go to my local florist and buy some moss and then sit on it while bleeding and meditating. I will find it exciting for my last period shortened from five to two days. If what I will lose my periods, won't do that of my psychic abilities, will I? It was important to me the first time I found it in Whole Earth as well. My personal spirituality is based on earth awareness, though I participate in Tara activities when they happen here locally. And my particular focus upon moon time has been one of pain, for I have endometriosis. The blood does not all go when and where it is supposed to in my body and it has deep repercussions upon all levels of my personal incarnation. Without your insights, here and in more elaborate form in your book, I think I would not be as reconciled to my own femininity. I sense humanity interfacing with a wondrous return (reacquaintance) with the essence of the 'feminine flame' which has been somewhat disengaged from our consciousness throughout this past epoch. This is to say we've been living an illusion due to lost knowledge of everything 'menses'. I hope I'm clear. I've been greatly inspired by the writing of one Peter Moon (pen name). His recent book "The Montauk book Of The Living" contains some 'uncommon knowledge' and one example I'll offer is some not too-well known information of 'immaculate conception'. I was quite blown away! Hope you find this interesting pertinent. I'd appreciate some further exchange on this subject.
