Keeping a low profile in the first half of the year, head down and writing, learning some new (to me!) Tibetan Buddhist practices, working on my garden.

Print media: Love Begins at 40 was glowingly reviewed in the Daily Mail by Bel Mooney (June 14), had a double page spread feature in the Daily Express (August 4) and a full page article in Woman’s Own (July 11). Lara wrote expert sections for an article on Dating After 40 in Good Housekeeping (November).
Radio: Lara was a guest on the Vanessa Feltz show, BBC Radio London (June 21) and on 25+ local BBC radio stations during the year.
