Guided Retreats

In a solo retreat you nurture yourself through a gateway of silence and solitude into greater self-awareness and spiritual wholeness.

You can do a retreat at home if you live alone or your loved ones are away, or you can find a place (camping in the wilds, or a friend’s place in the country, for example) that will allow you to be silent and alone for a few days.

I feel passionately about the deep value of retreats and about helping people to design and make the most of their own retreat through the planning stage, the retreat itself, and the integration stage afterwards.

I have written a booklet specifically for this purpose, focused on short solo retreats. (Also, the chapter on retreats in Growing Your Inner Light has general information on retreat.)

You can purchase the booklet on its own or you can buy the package of retreat guidance that I offer, which includes the special retreat booklet plus three phone consultations with me, before, during and after your retreat. The package is especially recommended for first time solo retreatants, and for anyone looking to deepen their experience of retreat who feels guidance would be helpful.
