2. Advanced Menstrual Awareness

One or Two Day Workshop

This workshop is popular with women who want to further explore and deepen their relationship with their menstrual cycle, often because they have already discovered how conscious menstruation enriches their lives.

This workshop can also be very useful for healthcare professionals (not necessarily still menstruating themselves) who work with women clients and students. The workshop is primarily designed for women in their 30’s and 40’s but is open to women of all ages. It is a bit more academic than “Developing Menstrual Awareness”, but still very accessible.

“Hi Lara, your workshop was superb. I feel so inspired to take this work out into the world. My head has not stopped spinning with ideas since Saturday!” Teresa Bilowus, women’s educator and leader of Red Tent Bournemouth, UK

3. Phoenix Rising: Understanding Menopause

One or Two Day Workshop

For women at any stage of the menopause transition. Perimenopause (literally, the years around menopause) in most women starts around the age of 40-45 but can begin as early as 35. The workshop is also relevant for healthcare professionals who work with women.

The workshop helps you prepare for menopause if you are in the years preceding it, continue with more awareness and tools if you are already right in it, and for women post-menopause, helps you fully enter this powerful time of your life.

For all, as the title suggests, the workshop aims to connect you with the positive transformation of this major life passage.

“The Phoenix Rising workshop was an empowering joy to attend. Lara imparts her wealth of knowledge in a very clear and very warm manner which makes the information easy to absorb. Much of what I heard felt new, even though I thought I was well educated on the topic.” Katherine Howard, Consultant Occupational Therapist
